Employee Spotlight: Kadie Perez
What really makes Evolutions special is our wonderful employees. When we started Evolutions Medical Spa back in 2005 we had 5 employees. We are now up to over 30! They are all great people and they work very hard everyday to make your experience with Evolutions the best it can be. We do this feature to let you know a little bit more about the people that make up the Evolutions’ team. We highlight one or two employees each month. This month we are putting the spotlight on Kadie Perez, one of our full time Spa Coordinators.

Employee Profile – Kadie Perez
Kadie has worked with Evolutions for almost a year. Prior to joining us, she accumulated 5 years of customer service experience, including over 3 years at Sephora focusing on makeup and skin care. She has also completed the esthetician/cosmetology course at Santa Barbara City College, so she has an in-depth knowledge of the skin and is a great resource for our clients. We are happy to have her as part of the team!
- What is the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had (prior to Evolutions)?
The most interesting job I’ve ever had was working at Sephora. I learned a lot, from makeup application to skin care, and I received training on numerous brands. I also loved sharing my knowledge with clients and others on my team.
- What do you like about working at Evolutions?
Working at Evolutions I have learned so much about medical aesthetic treatments and how beneficial they are for the skin. Also, working in the medical field inspires me to focus on becoming an RN as a future career.
- What is your preferred treatment at Evolutions to have done?
The Revitalizing Oxygen Facial has by far been my favorite treatment. It leaves my skin looking radiant and hydrated.
- What is your #1 home care product sold at Evolutions? Why?
My #1 skin care product is the Luzern Cleansing Crème. I have combo skin and it is “non-stripping” and very balancing. Since I have started using this product my skin hasn’t been as “greasy” as before.
- What is your favorite quote / mantra / words of wisdom?
Fall down 7 times, get up 8.
- What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I have never been on a roller coaster.
- What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time, I spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, or just spending time at the beach.
