Dermal Fillers

At Evolutions we use a variety of dermal fillers (including Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, and Juvederm) in order to best meet your individual needs. Sclerotherapy

Sclerotherapy is a relatively simple, but highly effective way to treat unsightly clusters of red, blue or purple veins that can appear on the body (frequently on the thighs, calves and ankles).

A specialized solution is injected into the unwanted veins that causes a controlled injury. This leads to the vein's disappearance over the course of a few weeks.

Isolaz Deep Pore Therapy

Evolutions is pleased to introduce Isolaz™ Deep Pore Therapy for the treatment of acne. Isolaz™ utilizes a breakthrough technology called Photopneumatics™ (photo = light, pneumatic = vacuum) that purifies your pores from the inside out. It is the world's one and only treatment that combines these two modalities. The pneumatic suction works by helping to loosen and extract dirt, blackheads and excess oil from deep within your pores. Levulan Photodynamic Therapy
Conditions treated: Acne, Sun Damage, Skin Rejuvenation

Levulan® is revolutionizing how we can treat your acne-prone or sun damaged skin. This remarkable procedure results in significant improvement in moderate to severe acne and pre-cancerous conditions such as actinic keratoses. This treatment shrinks pores, oil glands, and improves stubborn acne. Its effectiveness in treating acne approaches that of Accutane®, but without the systemic side effects.

Photodynamic therapy is an excellent treatment for skin rejuvenation.
Levulan® must be activated by a light source. Evolutions uses Multiwave Blue Light Therapy, Isolaz Deep Pore Therapy, or FotoFacials to activate Levulan. Your clinician will discuss your goals with you and will help you to decide the best treatment option for you.

Session Duration: Approx. one hour. A series of 2-3 treatments, one every 2-3 weeks is recommended for best results.

Total Tightening synergistically combines the two top non-invasive skin tightening procedures on the market today, ReFirme and Titan, into a single treatment that maximizes the benefits of both. Each treatment works to tighten existing collagen in your skin as well as stimulate new collagen production, resulting in a firmer, "fresher" look. Usually clients can see a difference after only one procedure, though because results are cumulative when the procedure is done 4-6 weeks apart, a package of four treatments is typically recommended.

Titan

The Titan procedure is a safe, non-surgical process that uses an infrared light source to tighten skin and reverse the signs of aging..  By  utilizing a safe infrared light to heat the dermis well below the skin's surfac, Titan contracts existing collagen and stimulates new collagen to be produced. During the procedure, the skin’s top surface (epidermis) is protected through continuous cooling with the Titan handpiece.

Chemical Peels
Conditions treated: Variable depending on type of peel. Can include fine lines and wrinkles, pigmenation, skin tone and texture, and acne.

As skin ages, the natural exfoliation process tends to slow down. This leads to "dull-looking" skin. Assisting this exfoliation process is beneficial to achieving and/or maintaining clear, youthful looking skin. This can be done either through mechanical exfoliation, such as Vibradermabrasion, or chemical exfoliation, through chemical peels.

Evolutions offers a variety of light, medium, and deep peels, to meet your specific needs.

Mesoderm Deep Skin Therapy

Vibradermabrasion
Conditions treated: Exfoliation is an important part of general skin health.

Consistent exfoliation is one of the most important things you can do to keep your skin young and healthy-looking. It is also very helpful in the treatment of acne.

Vibradermabrasion exfoliates your skin using a number of abrasive paddles that vibrate at a rapid rate. It is a quick, easy, and pleasant treatment to undergo. Vibradermabrasion is superior to traditional microdermabrasion in a number of ways:

• No suction. Traditional microdermabrasion treatments use suction. This can cause broken capilleiries.
